Crossrock, Inc.

Crossrock, Inc. is a company founded in 1999 by Jerome A. Kanney and Dennis L. Rohrer for the purpose of drilling natural gas wells. Crossrock drilled its first well in 2003 with a total of 18 natural gas wells being drilled from October to December of that same year.

Crossrock drilled 110 wells in 2006, 150 in 2007, and by mid September of 2008, 206 wells were completed, bringing the total number of wells associated with Interstate to over 620.

The company, which boasts the latest equipment and technology, operates six drilling rigs, two of which are state of the art Schramm horizontal rigs.
